At LUXE BY MIA, your satisfaction is everything to us. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!
💌 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused items within 14 days of the delivery date (based on tracking info). Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us of any issues within that window. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds beyond the 14-day period.
✅ Refund Requirements
To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.).
All returned items will be inspected. If they don’t meet the criteria above, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
🛍️ Sale Items
All sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
💎 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong product or your order arrived damaged/defective, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
💖 Change of Mind Returns
If you simply changed your mind or the item wasn’t what you expected:
- You may return it (if unopened/unused), but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened skincare, cosmetics, or lash/gloss products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
🔄 Exchanges
Want to swap for a different shade, style, or product? We’re happy to help! Customers cover the shipping cost unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
✨ How to Start a Return
For Customers with a LUXE BY MIA Account
- Log into your account and go to your Orders section.
- Select the order you’d like to return and click Manage.
- Choose Request Return and follow the prompts.
For Guests (No Account)
Email us at info@luxebymia.com with your order number. Tell us if you’d like a refund, exchange, or store credit. We’ll send you step-by-step instructions (and a prepaid label if applicable).

⏱ Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed immediately once approved/issued on our end. The actual time you see the money depends on your bank or payment method:
- Credit/debit cards → typically 5–10 business days
- Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay → usually 2–5 business days
- PayPal → often instant, but can take up to 5 business days
Things to Keep in Mind
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method only (we can’t refund to a different card/account).
- You’ll receive an automatic email notification when your refund is issued.
- If you used a gift card or store credit, the refunded amount will be returned to that same balance.
Refunds are processed right away on our end, but depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
