Return & Refund Policy

At LUXE BY MIA, your satisfaction is everything to us. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!

💌 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused items within 14 days of the delivery date (based on the tracking info). Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us of any issues within that window. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds beyond the 14-day period.

Note: If you’re experiencing an issue due to user error, we’re happy to assist or offer store credit when appropriate.

✅ Refund Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging

The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.)

All returned items will be inspected. If they don’t meet the criteria above, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

🛍️ Sale Items

All sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

📦 Return Process

To begin a return, please email us first at info@luxebymia.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Securely pack your items and drop them off at the designated carrier (UPS or USPS). Please ensure your return is packaged properly—items damaged in return transit may not qualify for a refund.

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
