📦 ORDER PROCESSING
Our small but mighty team works hard to get your orders out fast most are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note that U.S. federal holidays are not considered business days, and orders placed during these times may require a little extra processing time.

CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY
Once packages are scanned in and accepted by the shipping carrier you selected, delivery is the responsibility of that carrier. LUXE BY MIA has no control over transit times, delays, or how the carrier handles your package after drop-off. Please track your shipment with the carrier directly for the latest updates.
🚚 DELIVERY & SHIPPING RATES
• FREE U.S. shipping on all orders $50+ (with tracking!)
• Orders under $50 will see shipping options and rates at checkout based on your location.
All orders ship via USPS or the carrier of your choice at checkout. For international orders, packages are handed off to your local postal service upon arrival to your country — this helps reduce shipping fees and lowers customs costs
⏳ ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs or postal delays:
• U.S. Orders: 2–5 business days
• International Orders: 6–10 business days
🛃 CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
U.S. CUSTOMERS
We collect sales tax based on your shipping address and local laws.
• No tax is charged in states where LUXE BY MIA INC isn’t required to collect it.
• If you’re tax-exempt, email us with proper documentation before placing your order.
🌍 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (INCLUDING CANADA)
Your order may be subject to GST, QST, VAT, import duties, or other fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by the buyer.
Customers are responsible for:
• Any customs, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
• Understanding and following local import rules
LUXE BY MIA INC does not collect international tax unless legally required. Customs delays are outside our control — thank you for your understanding!
🔁 SPECIAL CASES
Delayed Deliveries
Sometimes things take longer (especially with customs). While we wish we could control every shipment, we can’t offer refunds for delays due to postal or customs holdups.
But don’t worry—we’re always here to help! Just reach out and we’ll work with you to sort it out.
Lost Packages
If it’s been 15+ days and your order hasn’t arrived, contact us ASAP.
After 20 days, we’ll take action to replace or resend your order based on your shipping option.
