I paid extra for two day shipping so it can make it for an event. Didn’t get it till 2 weeks after purchase was made and I haven’t even opened the package I don’t want the hat anymore but I don’t want to pay more just to send the item back n to possibly get my money back because of the return restrictions.

We do want to clarify that your order was placed on August 20th at 9:06 PM and was dropped off with USPS Priority Mail the next day (this is confirmed in the tracking information). Once USPS has the package, delivery times are out of our control . Unfortunately, USPS did not deliver the package until September 4th, which was outside their usual timeframe 2-3 days. While this delay was caused by USPS,we recognize that in this case, USPS delivered much later than expected (September 4th), and we deeply regret the inconvenience this caused you.
